Also available with CMOS 3.3V Logic Levels on all inputs. The CMOS version is a Non-Stock item and delivery will be delayed 3 business days. The CMOS version is shipped with current range 50mA to 2.0A. Please contact us before placing the order if you want CMOS version with current 50mA to 2.5A.
For motors with phase current above 2.5A we recomend the BSD-071.
